Very early Navajo ring. It is constructed in a very rustic way and is "D" shaped instead of a circle. It is hard to size on a mandrel so the size 11 is approximate. It is set with a natural green turquoise stone that is set in a plain uneven bezel. The stone is embellished with twisted wire and tiny raindrops. The band is hammered sheet that is decorated with a knife edge. It is very tarnished and it is highly advised to not clean or polish this. Face is 3/4" long. C. 1915 or earlier.
